Calibre 2.38.0 does not recognize my new Kindle Paperwhite.
Upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7 weeks ago. Never had a Kindle. Now I have a new Kindle Paperwhite. It is tethered. There are no other devices tethered. The toolbar does not change when it is connected, so there are no entries for Send to device or Device. Send to Device from book (right click) ->Send to main memory is grayed out. Windows 10 DOES recognize the Kindle as my Drive F. I can drag a .mobi into the Kindle PW as Drive F. The Kindle is NOT in the excluded list. Toolbar setup when device connected is correct (i.e. includes device buttons). I have restarted the Kindle PW and the PC multiple times. I have followed all the tips in the message thread, including using two different cables.
