Cover Not Showing

Hey,

I've got an E-book (MOBI) with internal cover. I've tried to convert the e-book into another mobi hoping that the cover would show in Kindle for pc, but it wont. It just shows up as the generic no cover book under the title and author that I added in the meta data in Calibre...

How do I get the cover to show up on the outside of my book? Or is that something you can only do when you publish through Amazon?
