How to re-open bug?

Hi,

I've reported the following feature request ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/calibre/+bug/1073214 ) and since Kovid said he was not interested in implementing this himself I'd like to give it a shot. I've outlined my idea in the new comment on the bug, but I can't re-open the bug as suggested. I have a dropbox for status, but the only available value is "won't fix". Any idea what I'm missing?
