I recently wrote a book which is available for sale as a paperback on amazon.com. Now I am trying to get the ebook together. The original is an .otc file (Open Office) and I'm using Calibre to convert.
Well, everything converted fine in both .epub and .mobi formats with one exception: for some reason my Table of Contents is REALLY stretched out so that each of the TOC entries in on a page of its own. So instead of having a nice TOC with all the entries listed one right after the other, I have each entry on its own page ... and LOTS of entries as it is a long TOC.
The links work fine. The TOC was built with the links in Open Office.
That seems to be the ONLY problem I am having with the conversions. Once I get this fixed I'm ready to roll.
Can anyone help me?
