auto-adding RFE

The functionality to auto-add from a folder is pretty handy. It would be helpful if:

- Calibre could tag files that have been auto-added (e.g., with the folder name)
- Calibre could watch multiple folders
- Calibre could have separate metadata extraction rules for auto-added files
